The newly-refurbished apartment sits on the High Street, just below Killyleagh Castle and offers a private front door, a fully equipped kitchen and a secure rear courtyard with a large dining table that comfortably seats 6, perfect for children and dogs. Upstairs are a spacious bedroom, with a double bed and a daybed that converts into two full-size singles for children, and a newly renovated shower room.
Pubs, restaurants, cafes and shops are all within a short walk.
The property was built as part of a terrace of houses in the 1800s and has a carriage entrance, which runs under the apartment bedroom and shower room,
that would have allowed horse-drawn vehicles into the rear courtyard for stabling. This tunnel now provides a safe, dry place to securely store bikes and canoes.
